Well what can we say about your hospitality -
fantastic!!!!!
When the Club stayed with you three years
ago we had a wonderful time and didnt
think your hospitality could be bettered -
but it has been.
Trudy and Joe, thank you so much for the manner in which you welcomed our 80 plus
party to the hotel-the weather was appalling over the three days of the New Zealand
Surf Life Saving Championships but the
warmth and care we received from you both
and all of your staff was amazing. The meals again were excellent - quality and quantity, great to have plenty of vegetables(beats
having the young ones living off takeaways
and your desserts really spoilt us all.
The one thing we are really sorry about is
that we cannot transport you to all of our
other future competition venues because we
do not believe anyone else will match up -
next time the Nationals come back to Gisborne
please automatically "pencil us in".
On behalf of the Club President,myself,
competitors,officials and parents who attended a very sincere thank you for being
such wonderful hosts - we value the friendship that has developed.
